Appraisal reports whether written or verbal are charged at an hourly rate with a 2 hour minimum.
We also offer Estate Liquidations whether onsite, consignment or brokering. These services are commissioned based and vary depending on the size of the sale or type of item. For instance rolling stock such as cars, boats, and RV's are at a lower rate.
